The Committee of Judicial Policy recommends that Parliament should recommit the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re securing of evidence by the notary

The bill (Reg. No. 2567) suggests: authorize notaries to such notary action as securing evidence; provide the procedure of securing evidence by the new chapter to the Law "On Notary"; to amend the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On State Duty".
